Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term production schedules based on demand, forecasts, inventory requirements, and plant capacity
• Translate demand into executable schedules considering equipment availability, labor, campaigns, changeovers, and material constraints
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment to prevent shortages
• Balance inventory availability with working capital objectives and storage limitations
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Production, Procurement, Customer Service, Warehousing, Quality, and Supply Chain
Key requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials xklufbp planning, inventory management, or related supply chain role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
