Production Scheduler

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will partner closely with two Production Managers to review upcoming Sales Orders and build out a continuous schedule for two facilities. You will assist in inventory management on a monthly basis with our Inventory Manager. Responsibilities Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) based on sales orders, production line capabilities, and available inventory. Coordinate with management to align production plans with delivery target Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and update the schedule. Analyze production data through Excel spreadsheets continously update the schedule. Monitor inventory levels and keep inventory trackers up to date. Adjust schedules proactively in response to changes in demand forecasting or supply disruptions while maintaining cross-functional communication. Skills Ability to speak Spanish and English to coordinate with staff and management effectively Excel skills for data entry and formatting.
