Production Roaster and Fulfillment Team Member
La Prima Espresso CompanyLa Prima Espresso Company is seeking a versatile and motivated addition to our warehouse team as a Production Roaster and Fulfillment Team Member. We value people who take pride in their work, want to learn a craft, and can work with a team to roast and ship great coffee. Key Responsibilities: Roast coffee to profile set by Head Roaster Track and maintain a log of coffee production Participate in quality control measures Accurately fulfill orders of wholesale and retail bags of coffee Pack boxes and create shipping labels Produce stock items Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace Occasionally deliver coffee to wholesale customers Qualifications: Interest in product knowledge (coffee and caffes) Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and drag 155 lbs several times a day Attention to detail and organizational skills What We Offer: A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development within the coffee industry Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
