• Monitor manufacturing order status, production schedules, and material on the manufacturing floor to support on-time execution
• Update planning systems, spreadsheets, and reports to ensure timely and accurate information is available to the organization
• Support continuous adherence to established processes, quality requirements, and organizational procedures
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance
Skills
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other standard business tools
• Experience with ERP or planning systems such as Costpoint preferred
• Experience with data management, reporting, and transaction processing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Material and production-related requirements
• Ability to use business systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to maintain accurate data and status
