Moeller Aerospace is seeking a strategic, data-driven Production Planning Manager to lead production scheduling and drive operational excellence in our growing aerospace manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Own and manage the master production schedule to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality teams to align capacity, materials, and demand. Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance. Lead planning meetings, communicate priorities, and drive accountability across teams. Develop key metrics for schedule adherence, on-time delivery, WIP, and capacity planning. Support new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. You would be a perfect fit for this role if you have: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field ✔ 5+ years of production planning experience, ideally in aerospace or complex manufacturing ✔ Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge (Syteline, SAP, or similar) ✔ Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills ✔ APICS CPIM or PMP certification is a plus Missing any of the above components but still interested in the job?
