Production Planning

To plan, organize and control production in the organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard. Provide resources and training, coaching and mentoring to production associates on policies, procedures and performance standards Essential Job Functions: · Maintains the production schedule. · Implement and control the production schedule. · Knowledge of Made2Manage ERP Software · Understands and utilizes the Quality Management System. · Monitor inventory levels. · Monitor workload and adjust as necessary to balance capacity. · Procure materials generated from the MRP system. · Interact with the customer as needed. · Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations’ mission. · Ability to work as a part of a Team environment. · Identify root causes and corrective actions for quality problems. · Comply with company AS9100 Quality program. · Responsible for accurate labor reporting. · Duties as requested, subject to all local, state, and federal laws.
