t ordering, quoting, and customer communication. Attention to detail, proactive communication, and adaptability are central to daily planning responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan electronic schedules across a seven day work week
• Coordinate production shop arrivals with Exchange
• Order standard parts kits before production starts
• Create purchase orders and follow up with vendors
• Communicate discrepancies, quotes, and Promise Date updates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary technical education or five years comparable experience
• Attention to detail across parts, labor, and work orders
• Customer-centric relationship management and organizational skills
• Computer knowledge including AMPS, Scheduler, TCMS, Excel, Word, and DBS
• Flexible hours supporting business needs
