Key Responsibilities: Develop production schedules for changing manufacturing priorities Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and production resources Coordinate material availability with floor resources Schedule customer orders against delivery commitments Support continuous improvement initiatives with the Plant Manager Requirements: At least three years of manufacturing planning experience Experience with modern ERP or MRP systems Knowledge of forecasting and demand planning Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities Post-secondary education or APICS certification preferred Bring organized decision-making, plant-floor collaboration, and planning expertise to this Palmerston manufacturing operation serving international markets.
