Production Planner

Employment type: 6-month contract Schedule: 11 days on, 3 days off (every other weekend) We are seeking a TLM Production Planner to coordinate equipment maintenance at an industrial facility in Odessa. You will help prioritize repairs, keep equipment moving through the shop, and maintain accurate records so assets are ready when operations need them. Responsibilities Plan maintenance activities and confirm priorities with the TLM Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Asset Coordinator. Receive equipment arriving at the yard and assess its maintenance needs. Document deficiencies through Shop Failure or Deficiency Reports. Open repair work orders and update equipment records in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Route equipment through washing, testing, and repair bays according to priority. Coordinate with Stores to get parts and supplies to workstations. Assist with asset counts and equipment list management. Supervise CMMS clerks and yard crew members where those positions are assigned. Support safety, continuous improvement, and LEAN initiatives. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in asset maintenance or a related field. Experience with inventory management and distribution. Familiarity with maintenance processes and workflows. Strong organization, communication, and recordkeeping skills Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
