In this role, you will play a key part in the planning of all of our manufacturing, assembly and procurement activities. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.What You Will Do:Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders while balancing capacity, materials availability, and operational priorities. Create and manage work orders within the ERP system (e.g., Infor LN), ensuring accurate routing, material allocation, and production timelines. Coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available to support planned production. Collaborate with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality to resolve scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and production issues. Monitor production progress, update schedules as required, and communicate changes to stakeholders to maintain alignment across operations and supply chain functions. Analyze demand, capacity, and material availability to balance production schedules and meet delivery commitments. Develop reporting tools or dashboards to track progress and identify potential bottlenecks in production planning. Qualifications You Must Have:3–5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing scheduling, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with ERP systems such as Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms for work order management and production planning. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and planning tools for schedule tracking, reporting, and production analysis. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams. Qualifications We Prefer:Proven experience creating and managing work orders, purchase requisitions, and production schedules within an ERP environment.
