Production Planner

Job Summary The Production Planner coordinates, schedules, and monitors the flow of materials and products through ATG’s manufacturing operations. This role ensures production plans align with demand, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and delivery commitments while maintaining accurate system data and supporting efficient shop floor execution. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to support customer demand, internal capacity, and inventory requirements. Maintain accurate work order data within the ERP system, including start dates, due dates, quantities, and status updates. Coordinate work order releases and ensure readiness of materials, and documentation. Track production progress, identify constraints, and escalate issues impacting delivery schedules. Conduct work order and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain accuracy in ERP and on the shop floor. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials coordination, or related manufacturing roles. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production workflows. Ability to interpret production schedules, BOMs, and work orders. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
