We offer multiple shift options to fit your lifestyle:

  • Rotating Day Shift (Continental)
  • Monday to Thursday – Night Shift
  • Weekend Night Shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

This would be a Mon-Fri, Day shift.

What you will do 

You will be responsible for ontime delivery of manufactured goods by planning manufacturing activities and resources for your assigned manufacturing plant to meet the demand schedule. You will be the liaison with several departments including materials, engineering, operations, quality, and production to ensure goods are manufactured in a timely process according to plan, and you will be integral in leading and advancing production reporting and analysis.  

How you will do it 

  • Provide guidance to Production Management with shift configurations, labor allocation and staffing levels to meet requirements of the facility. 

  • Collaborate on execution of production schedule and resolve any obstacles to on time delivery. 

  • Report on worker efficiency and production rates and provide insight from measurements on areas for improvement. 

  • Maintain and produce weekly and daily production plans using the monthly forecast released from operations. 

  • Evaluate capacity and ensure it is aligned with the forecast. Identify constraints and make recommendations for improvement. 

  • Focus on bottlenecking manufacturing areas and propose solutions based on analysis of capacity outlook. 

  • Coordinate material availability with the purchasing and materials departments and schedule jobs accordingly. 

  • Manage the materials requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules and forecast demand. 

  • Coordinate outsourcing activities as a solution to capacity constraints. 

  • Enhance scheduling visual management on the manufacturing floors. 

  • Build and manage production key performance indicators and reporting.
