Production Planner
InternationalWe are seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Planner/Production Planner , you will play a key role in getting new products and product changes ready for production at International Motors’ San Antonio manufacturing facility . Our 900,000-square-foot industry-leading facility builds high-quality Class 6 through 8 diesel and electric vehicles. This is an onsite role; relocation assistance is not available. In this position, you’ll help bridge the gap between engineering and the production floor, making sure new vehicle programs, engineering changes, product variations, and features are properly planned, documented, and ready to launch. You’ll work closely with teams across NPI Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Training, and Product Engineering. Another big part of this role is making sure the production floor is ready. You’ll help develop and validate manufacturing routings and Point of Application (POA) requirements, create and maintain Build Books and Process Books, and conduct station readiness reviews. Material and training readiness are also important parts of the job. You’ll help coordinate training and make sure employees have the process documentation they need before implementation. The night-shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, and employees will receive a 10% shift differential upon transitioning to the night-shift schedule.
