In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. Build and follow up the brewery's improvement roadmap, and assess how mature our lean practices are across the plant and distribution center ? Lead loss analysis and validate improvement plans for every department ? Coordinate our performance management system, including KPI cascades, visual management, and digital reporting platforms ? Work with Finance to track and deliver plant savings across fixed costs, variable costs, and logistics ? Coach and train plant teams on management fundamentals and problem-solving tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis ? Bridge operations, site leadership, and IT/digital teams to simplify processes and build better tools and reports ? Lead change initiatives, share best practices, and benchmark against the best to find the next opportunity ? Help build technical training programs with subject matter experts and HR ? Plan resources and propose a budget to support improvement work WHAT YOU BRING Must-haves: ? 3+ years managing an organizational unit ? 5+ years of lean management experience, ideally in a global company ?
