About the Role As our Production & Merchandising Manager , you will oversee the development, sourcing, purchasing, production, and merchandising of branded products, including apparel, hats, accessories, promotional items, and retail merchandise. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, coordinate production timelines, oversee purchasing and inventory, and ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to Oliveda’s premium brand standards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role working closely with Product Development, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, and Executive Leadership. About Oliveda Oliveda is a global waterless beauty brand rooted in the power of the olive tree. Today, Oliveda is expanding rapidly in the U.S. and internationally, combining decades of olive tree expertise with an innovative approach to beauty that replaces conventional water-based formulations with antioxidant-rich olive tree elixirs. What You’ll Do Manage product development and production from concept through final delivery. Source and manage domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers. Negotiate pricing, terms, MOQs, timelines, and production requirements. Manage vendor relationships and resolve production or quality issues. Coordinate samples, approvals, production schedules, and shipments. Develop merchandise assortments across apparel, accessories, and retail products. Monitor inventory levels, purchasing needs, and product availability. Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing and product records. Analyze costs, product performance, and market trends to identify opportunities. Partner with Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, and Product Development on product launches and merchandising initiatives. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in production, merchandising, purchasing, procurement, or product development. Experience managing vendors and products from development through production. Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Experience with inventory planning and purchasing processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with purchasing or inventory systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, apparel, accessories, luxury retail, or consumer products is strongly preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
