Production Materials Flow Specialist Base Location: Menomonee Falls, WI, US, 53051 | Reference: 1829 Can you keep a factory moving? Do you enjoy the rhythm of receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping? Are you meticulous with documents and confident behind the wheel of a forklift? If so, you’ll help us keep materials flowing to production and finished goods on their way to customers. Your mission Own inbound logistics: accept deliveries, unload trucks, and place materials into correct bins and storage locations. Fulfill demand: pick components per work or customer orders and stage/deliver to manufacturing or shipping areas. Ship with care: pack or crate parts, assemblies, and components using appropriate packaging for each situation; load outbound trucks or delivery vehicles safely. Bridge supply gaps: pick up or deliver raw materials, parts, components, and finished products to vendors or customers as needed. Operate safely: perform routine forklift inspections to confirm safe operation; follow all safety rules and maintain housekeeping standards. Document accurately: complete all required computer transactions, paperwork, and records to keep inventory and orders current. Be adaptable: assist with special projects and work overtime when needed to complete daily responsibilities. What sets you up for success Ability to read and understand instructions, safety rules, bills of materials, routings, procedure manuals, and shipping/receiving documentation. Proven accuracy completing all required paperwork and electronic records. Strong communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings with team members and truckers. Background High school diploma or equivalent plus 6–12 months relevant experience; or 1–3 years in shipping/receiving; or a comparable mix of education and experience. Hands-on Material Handling experience. Forklift license/certification.
