Production Material Handler & Inventory Control Specialist Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.50 Shifts: 1st & 3rd Is this you? Do you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments? Are you confident operating tow-motors (forklifts), pallet jacks, and measuring materials with precision? Do you enjoy keeping production running by getting parts where they need to be—accurately and on time? What you'll handle Move and supply parts between departments safely and efficiently Load/unload with tow-motors (forklifts) and pallet jacks Deliver materials to the right locations on schedule Enter data to update inventory and material movements Interpret work orders and follow handling instructions Measure materials using tape measures and related tools Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Support inventory counts and replenishment Coordinate with teammates and supervisors for smooth flow What you bring At least 2 years of warehousing/material handling in manufacturing Valid tow-motor (forklift) license preferred Overhead crane experience is a strong plus Basic data entry skills and strong record-keeping Proficiency reading a tape measure and using measuring devices Attention to detail, solid organization, and proactive communication Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed Compensation & schedule Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.50 | Shifts: 1st & 3rd Perks & benefits Full-time role with growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401k with company match Paid time off and holidays Training and development Supportive, collaborative culture Employment details Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ready to make an impact?
