HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Production Manager for our Custom Metal Roofing (CMR) department to be responsible for leading the daily operations and overall performance of the Custom Metal Roofing (CMR) manufacturing operation. This position oversees production, warehouse operations, safety, quality, inventory management, equipment performance, and employee development to ensure custom metal roofing products are manufactured efficiently and meet customer expectations. The CMR Production Manager is accountable for building and leading a high-performing team while supporting operational objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of five (5) years of metal roofing, roll-forming, sheet metal fabrication, roofing products, or a related manufacturing environment.
