Production Manager

Contract Type: Permanent Job Location: Belgium - Machelen Production Manager We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Leading a team of approximately 50 employees through Team Leaders, you will drive operational excellence, employee development, and continuous improvement across multiple production areas. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations and deliver against production targets. Coach and develop Team Leaders and production teams. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Manage production KPIs, budgets, and resource planning. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to optimize performance. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and people leadership. Experience with ERP/MES systems, preferably SAP. Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills. Fluent English, Dutch and French.
