We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to help build the factory from the ground up. You will help plan and launch the facility, build the local team and operating systems, and lead manufacturing operations as the business grows. 随着美国业务的发展，Mooton 正在加州 City of Industry–Chino 地区筹建制造工厂。我们希望招聘一位愿意深入生产现场的生产经理，参与工厂从零筹建的全过程。你将参与工厂规划与投产、组建本地团队和运营体系，并随着业务发展带领工厂持续运营。 Factory Start-Up / 工厂筹建与投产 Help plan production and warehouse layouts, equipment configuration, production lines, and capacity. 参与生产区和仓储区布局、设备配置、产线设计及产能规划。 Work with headquarters to define manufacturing processes, workflows, workstations, and production plans. 与总部合作，制定生产工艺、流程、工位设置及生产计划。 Lead equipment and tooling installation, commissioning, acceptance, and production readiness. 推动设备和工装的安装、调试、验收及投产准备。 Establish procedures and standards for production, quality, safety, maintenance, and warehousing. 建立生产、质量、安全、设备维护和仓储的流程与操作规范。 Support the development of U.S. suppliers, subcontractors, and material sources. 协助开发美国本地供应商、外协资源及材料采购渠道。 Build the local production team through staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. 制定人员配置计划，参与招聘、入职培训、技能培训及绩效管理，组建本地生产团队。 Lead trial production, resolve start-up issues, and ramp up to stable operations. 组织试生产、解决投产问题，推动产能爬坡并实现稳定运营。 Manufacturing Operations / 生产运营管理 Lead daily production and deliver against quality, cost, and schedule commitments. 负责日常生产管理，确保产品质量、生产成本和订单交期达到要求。 Coordinate people, equipment, materials, and processes to solve production problems quickly. 协调人员、设备、物料和工艺，及时解决生产现场的问题。 Track productivity, manufacturing cost, first-pass yield, on-time delivery, and safety performance; drive continuous improvement. 跟踪生产效率、制造成本、一次合格率、准时交付率及安全表现，并推动持续改进。 Work closely with procurement, engineering, design, sales, project management, and logistics to support successful order delivery. 与采购、工程、设计、销售、项目管理及物流团队密切合作，支持项目和订单交付。 Develop the production team and strengthen key roles as operations expand. 培养生产团队，随着工厂发展建立稳定的关键岗位人才梯队。 Improve operations through standardization, lean practices, and production data. 通过标准化、精益生产和生产数据管理持续改进运营。 Maintain safe operations, comply with applicable requirements and company policies, and report on performance, priorities, and risks. 落实安全管理，遵守适用法规及公司制度，定期汇报生产表现、工作重点和运营风险。 Qualifications / 任职要求 At least three years of manufacturing operations leadership experience. Experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Plant Operations Manager is preferred. 至少三年制造业运营管理经验；有生产经理、制造经理或工厂运营经理经验者优先。 Working knowledge of production planning, shop-floor management, quality, cost control, equipment maintenance, and team management. 熟悉生产计划、车间管理、质量、成本控制、设备维护及人员管理。 Strong execution, organization, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on problem-solving skills. 具备较强的执行力、组织能力、跨部门协调能力和现场解决问题的能力。 Ability to lead in a changing, multi-priority factory start-up environment, with a strong commitment to safety and quality. 能适应工厂筹建阶段任务变化快、事项多的工作环境，并重视安全与质量。 Professional working proficiency in English. 具备满足工作需要的英语沟通能力。 Ability to complete approximately three months of training at the company’s headquarters in China before working at the U.S. factory. 能够在中国总部完成约三个月的培训，之后在美国工厂工作。 A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, operations mana…
