Production Manager – Apparel Manufacturing (Embroidery + Screen Print + Fulfillment)
Embroidery FactoryAbout Us Embroidery Factory is a fast-growing decorated apparel company with a 12,000 sq. ft. facility in Pittston, PA . We produce thousands of units weekly using commercial embroidery, screen printing, and heat press techniques. We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee all production lines and support teams including embroidery, screen printing, shipping, receiving, and art. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations in embroidery, screen printing, and heat press departments Supervise receiving, shipping, and art departments Lead production planning and scheduling across all areas Identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring jobs meet deadlines Train and mentor production staff and department leads Implement and enforce SOPs, QA processes, and safety protocols Track output, efficiency, downtime, and spoilage metrics Coordinate with leadership on staffing and purchasing decisions Requirements 5+ years of hands-on embroidery production experience 5+ years of screen printing experience (auto/manual) 3+ years in a supervisory or management role in an apparel shop Strong organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills Knowledge of industry-standard equipment (Tajima, ROQ) Experience with production software (ShopWorks On-Site a plus) Salary Range $35 – $75 per hour , depending on experience Performance-based bonuses, PTO, and 401K Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Referral program Relocation assistance Retirement plan Work Location: In person
