Production Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our restoration operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality output. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster a safety-first environment, and optimize restoration processes to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of manufacturing targets Enforce strict safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety protocols Monitor manufacturing processes to uphold quality standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulations Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a high-performing team Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring mechanical knowledge is applied effectively to minimize downtime Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization IICRC certified Run and complete project. Including estimating and billing. Make sure jobs are finished on time and completed accordingly. Qualifications Proven experience in restoration management or a similar leadership role within a production environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot restoration issues swiftly Familiarity with safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and GMP compliance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily operations Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong communication skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments Knowledge of xactimate software billing systems is a plus but not required Join us in shaping innovative restoration solutions while fostering a safe, efficient, and motivated work environment.
