Production & Logistics Coordinator

Diamond Manufacturing is looking for a motivated, organized, and resourceful Production & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Markham, Ontario. We are looking for someone with experience in a manufacturing environment who can take ownership of day-to-day coordination, manage competing priorities, and keep operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate production schedules, customer orders, and delivery timelines. Manage purchasing activities, supplier follow-ups, and material availability. Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics. Monitor outstanding orders and proactively identify potential delays. Maintain accurate production, purchasing, and shipping documentation. Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
