Production Kitter - Boeing

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitter to join our warehouse team. The Kitter will be responsible for preparing and assembling kits of materials for production, ensuring that all components meet quality standards. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assemble kits by gathering required materials and components according to specifications. Perform quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before packaging. Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, utilizing heavy equipment as necessary. Handle materials safely and efficiently, maintaining organization within the warehouse. Operate equipment such as cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to facilitate the movement of goods. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications Experience in quality control processes is preferred. Familiarity with materials handling techniques and warehouse operations. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including cherry pickers and pallet jacks. Knowledge of RF scanning technology is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
