Production & Inventory Planning Specialist Sunco & Frenchie – Pine Brook, NJ Starting Salary: $52,000 annually Job Summary Sunco & Frenchie is a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company looking for a Production & Inventory Planning Specialist . This person will review customer orders and production needs , including roasting, packing, private label, and toll manufacturing, and create the daily and weekly production schedule based on inventory, materials, equipment, and production priorities . Responsibilities Review customer orders and determine production requirements. Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules. Check inventory and available raw materials and packaging before scheduling production. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, and Quality. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when needed. Identify material shortages or inventory issues that may affect production. Maintain accurate inventory and production information using Sunco Suite, QuickBooks, and Excel . Help ensure customer orders are produced on time. Qualifications Experience in production scheduling and inventory management . Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong Excel and computer skills. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Good communication skills. Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
