Production & Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production & Inventory Manager to oversee daily production and inventory operations at our kitchen cabinet manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising manufacturing employees, managing inventory, scheduling production, performing cycle counts, controlling materials, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production and ensure orders are completed on schedule. Supervise production and warehouse employees. Maintain accurate inventory of cabinet materials, hardware, and components. Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory levels. Coordinate material requirements and replenishment. Reduce missing parts, back orders, waste, and production errors. Oversee quality control, packing, and shipping. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Requirements 3+ years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse management experience. Strong inventory control experience required. Production planning and scheduling experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Kitchen cabinet, woodworking, millwork, or furniture manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with inventory/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
