This is hands-on work for people who like staying busy, working on their feet, and using both their body and their brain to get the job done right. For products to be MADE IN USA, we need workers who can help get the job done right. Third Street Sportswear is a nationally known custom apparel manufacturer & brand headquartered in Ozark, Missouri. It remains a family-owned and operated mid-size business in operation for 40 years with clients located across the U.S. and Canada. The company designs, cuts/sews, decorates and markets their kids apparel line for retailers in the collegiate logo industry. The brand has remained 100% USA Made in their own factories in Missouri since 1986. What You’ll Do: Inspect garments to make sure they are sewn and printed correctly Prepare items to meet retailer standards – attach barcodes, put on hangers Package and prepare orders for shipment—fast, accurate, and organized Keep your work area clean, safe, and efficient Maintain a results-driven tempo to get product shipped without sacrificing quality Work alongside a solid team to keep production moving The job is preparing garments for retailers - if you have worked apparel retail, this is the step before arriving to a store What We’re Looking For: Someone who takes pride in doing quality, hands-on work Detail-oriented and focused—spots problems before they become issues Comfortable working on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift Physically capable and mentally sharp Reliable, punctual, and accountable Team player who understands that everyone’s work matters Experience: Light manufacturing, production, inspection, or shipping experience is a plus Will train motivated people who show up ready to work and learn Why Work With Us: Steady, full-time work Consistent workflow, fast-paced where individuals make a difference A team that values hard work, skill, and pride in craftsmanship Opportunity to grow with a company that respects people who get things done If you like honest work and doing it right, apply today.
