Production & Fulfillment Associate (Part-Time)

Part-time, 15–25 hrs/week | $22/hr, rising to $24/hr after 90 days | Start this fall Momentum makes a premium longevity shake: a single drink packed with the nutrients your body needs as it ages, at full doses and independently tested. Thousands of customers drink it every day, and many have been ordering from us for years. We make every batch ourselves in our Fitchburg facility and ship it directly to customers across the country. Our production crew makes and packs every bag, and they're the reason customers can count on it. We're looking for team members who take real pride in getting it right, every time. What you'll do Production — making our shakes, batch by batch: weighing and measuring ingredients precisely, running our two types of mixing machines, operating the filling and sealing machine so every bag is the right weight, and following our quality checks exactly. Pick, pack, and ship — pulling the right flavors and quantities for every order, packing subscriptions and welcome kits with care, and getting every box out the door accurately and on time. Warehousing — organizing and moving pallets, using the forklift and pallet jack (we'll train you), and keeping the warehouse orderly so everything is easy to find. Receiving and inventory — checking in and putting away deliveries, and helping with inventory counts. Records and SOPs — following our procedures step by step and logging your work accurately, including batches, counts, and checklists. The facility — keeping equipment and the space clean and organized, and speaking up right away when a machine or process isn't working right. Who you are You show up on time, every time You follow procedures carefully and consistently, and you take pride in getting the details right You're self-motivated and don't need to be told twice You take direction well and adjust quickly when a process changes You're happy doing physical, hands-on work as part of a small team You can regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts No experience required. We'll train you on everything.
