Production & Fulfillment Associate

About Us Grail House is a growing sports memorabilia business specializing in premium framed autographed jerseys and other collectible sports merchandise. We sell through multiple online platforms and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and assist with production and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on position with flexible scheduling and the potential to take on additional responsibilities as our business grows. Work load is expected to be much larger as time goes on. This is a contractor position. Order Fulfillment & Packaging Organize, prepare, and pack customer orders from our online stores and livestream sales. Accurately sort and process large quantities of smaller orders. Carefully package framed jerseys and other valuable memorabilia to ensure safe delivery. Prepare shipments and shipping labels while maintaining order accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized packing area. Jersey Framing & Production Assemble professional displays featuring autographed sports jerseys. Carefully position and mount jerseys within frames. Ensure jerseys are properly aligned, wrinkle-free, and professionally presented. Inspect completed frames for dust, fingerprints, imperfections, and other quality issues. Prepare completed frames for packaging and shipment. Follow established production procedures to maintain consistent quality standards. No previous jersey-framing experience is required. Training will be provided. Schedule & Work Environment Part-time position with flexible scheduling. Weekly hours will vary depending on business needs and order volume. Work is performed at our dedicated production and fulfillment workspace. Independent working environment with minimal supervision once fully trained.
