Production Forklift Operator- Night Shift

We are looking for dependable team members to join our night shift crew. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced production environment, and supporting both forklift and production operations. Shift: Night Shift, starting at 5:10 PM . Shifts are typically 10 hours , with overtime available during peak production periods. What You'll Do This is a dual-role position that combines forklift operation with hands-on production work. Team members can expect to split time between operating Forklifts and supporting production lines as needed. Responsibilities may include: Loading and unloading trailers Moving raw materials and finished product throughout the facility Supplying production lines with materials Performing forklift safety inspections before each shift Assisting with line setup and changeovers Dumping product, filling pouches and cases, stacking product, and assembling boxes Palletizing finished product Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following all food safety, quality, PPE, and safety requirements Assisting with end-of-shift cleanup and other production duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Minimum 2 year of recent forklift experience preferred Manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience preferred Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and transportation Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass forklift evaluations and a pre-employment drug screen Strong teamwork and attention to detail Physical Requirements Frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Work in cold, wet, noisy, and fast-paced production environments Work safely around moving equipment, forklifts, conveyors, and production machinery Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when business needs require Why Work at Scenic Fruit?
