Production Coordinator – Materials & Scheduling

Who we are LICAR America is the U.S. manufacturing site of LICAR, part of the Italian ILCAM Group, a leading European producer of cabinet doors. In Jeffersonville we make wrapped cabinet doors for dealers and cabinet manufacturers across the U.S. The role Are you an experienced production operator or shift lead ready for the next step? You will keep materials and work-in-process flowing through production, anticipate disruptions and direct the team to protect output and schedule. After about six months, you will take on scheduling responsibility. What you will do Track material and work-in-process location and status, so materials are where production needs them. Spot flow, staffing or process issues early and act while they are still minor. Direct and coach the team according to production priorities. Promote accountability, communication and effective execution. Compare production status against the schedule throughout the shift. Learn the plant's capacity and constraints and grow into production planning. What we are looking for 2+ years in a manufacturing or production plant. Experience leading or coordinating people (lead, shift lead or senior operator). Strong organization and ability to manage changing priorities. Clear communication and a problem-solving approach. Nice to have: wood, cabinet or furniture manufacturing; scheduling or ERP experience. What we offer $24/hour starting pay, reviewed after 6 months A clear growth path into production planning.
