• Support production lines during the shift, working directly on the lines when required.
• Input production and inventory data accurately for each shift and complete documentation at the end of the shift.
• Assist with production flow by tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and communicating updates to relevant team members.
• Support the supervisor during absences such as vacations or other time away from work, helping to maintain continuity of operations.
• Collaborate with team members across different functions and work effectively with people at all levels.
• Maintain a strong focus on product quality by following established procedures and reporting issues promptly.
• Follow through on commitments and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented work environment by communicating clearly and professionally.
Essential Skills
• Experience with production flow and production line operations.
• Ability to plan and manage production schedules.
• Proficiency in production documentation and data entry.
• Knowledge of inventory flow and production scheduling processes.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for production and inventory management.

Work Environment
This is a shift-based role with a schedule from Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:45 a.m., with overtime often extending to 4:30 a.m., averaging approximately 50 hours per week. The work environment is production-line focused, requiring time on the lines as well as time spent inputting data and completing documentation. Breaks are paid, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch. The role involves close collaboration with supervisors and coworkers and requires working effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and roles in a fast-paced, operational setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Athens, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
