Production Coordinator

Duties Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) to align with demand forecasts and customer requirements using production management systems. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and labor. Utilize CRM systems such as Leap and suppliers websites to monitor inventory levels, track production progress, and adjust plans as needed. Oversee logistics inventory management and inventory control processes to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste. Facilitate cross-functional communication among production, clients, office, and suppliers to resolve issues swiftly. Skills Expertise in demand planning, demand forecasting analysis, and construction processes to support accurate production scheduling. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments involved in production planning and logistics.
