Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and has experience supporting production, scheduling, inventory, and administrative functions. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a communication hub between the production floor, warehouse, procurement, customer service, and management teams to help ensure efficient daily operations and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain daily production schedules. Prepare and distribute daily production reports. File and maintain completed work orders and production documentation. Monitor and manage inventory levels. Coordinate purchase orders and material requirements. Process customer orders and support shipping activities. Assist with customer service inquiries and customer requirements. Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management. Support compliance with company quality standards, ISO requirements, policies, and procedures. Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, scheduling, production coordination, or a related role within a manufacturing environment. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Skills & Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience managing inventories, suppliers, and production schedules. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
