Production Cook/ Delivery Driver

Delivery Drivers are responsible for transporting and delivering goods from our Ainsworth location to the Portland International Airport, and other accounts; as well as assisting the Production Kitchen with food prepping, preparing and packaging. This position requires a valid Drivers License and a Federal 10-year background check to obtain security badging to access security points at the PDX Airport (we pay for security badging). Production Cooks are responsible for prepping meats and vegetables, slicing cheese and deli meat, washing dishes, and assisting the Kitchen Production team with catering, cooking, and other various dishes. This consists of making salads, making sandwiches, wrapping bakery items and anything else they may need. Primary Job Responsibilities Assist with preparation of menu items and catering orders Prepare high quality ingredients and ensure items are prepped for cooking Clean, cut, and grind meat, fish, poultry, shellfish, and wash, peel, chop fruits and vegetables Follow production preparation weights and procedures as described Place food in warming trays or refrigerated storage as needed Label ingredients and food items Ability to manage time effectively Follow kitchen sanitation practices Maintains cleanliness of kitchen stations and work areas.
