About The Team Anduril’s Maritime Manufacturing Technology Team is responsible for rapidly developing and implementing manufacturing technologies, processes, and materials for cutting-edge defense hardware. The team is developing deployable static and moving surface, undersea and sea to air vehicles, and scaling these products in our new manufacturing facilities. About The Job As a Production Control Specialist on the Production Controls team, you will keep maritime products work moving. You will release work, clear blockers, and drive problems to closure for Anduril's advanced AI factory. This is a hands-on role helping solve manufacturing problems at scale. What You’ll Do Release work orders to the floor within authorized limits, confirming material, tooling, certified labor, released router revision, and quality hold points. Identify and clear shortages, roadblocks, and resource conflicts. Track work in process status and location. Chase nonconformances to the disposition decision point and escalate for signature. Coordinate handoffs between departments and shift. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Trade, shipyard, or military production experience is equally qualifying. Production control, expediting, planning, or manufacturing operations background. Familiar with welding, fabrication, machining, or inspection processes from a planning perspective. Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in maritime, naval, or aerospace defense, with knowledge of NAVSEA or MIL-SPEC standards. Experience with MES and ERP systems for production and material planning: working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle or equivalents. Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Technical foundation in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, heavy metal or composite fabrication, or shipbuilding or large vehicle production. US Salary Range $146,000—$194,000 USD Benefits The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
