Production Control Expeditor

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Production Control Expeditor and become a vital link in our manufacturing operations! This role is responsible for assisting and performing daily tasks to support all Production Control Personnel. Key responsibilities include providing support across shop floor operations, collaborating with the Project Management Group, and contributing to accurate inventory control. This role ensures seamless coordination and timely completion of production activities by proactively addressing needs in these critical areas. Duties Provide daily support to all personnel with production-related information Assist the Production Manager and Production Supervisors in resolving open issues on orders near shipment Track and expedite rework identified in assembly Collaborate with Purchasing to acquire missing items necessary for the manufacturing process Maintain proactive, daily communication with the Project Management Group to update order status, open issues, and resolution plans Schedule and monitor internal Manufacturing Orders and maintain min-max levels Maintain and distribute daily/weekly shortage reports Actively participate in production meetings to provide real-time status updates Update ERP/MRP system transactions to reflect accurate part locations and priorities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Computer Skills: MS Windows, MS Office Written and Verbal Communication skills. Organizational Skills. Thoroughness to detail. Previous production experience preferred!
