Production control backlog specialist

Must-Haves: Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Costpoint, or similar) — working directly in the data, not dashboards Schedule management, expediting, or backlog/data clean-up in manufacturing/production Willing/available for off-nominal shifts (B/C/D) and OT as needed Comfortable working independently on a defined backlog, high-tempo/high-ambiguity Nice-to-Haves: Backlog remediation/data cleanup/expedite-specific experience (not just steady-state scheduling) MS Project, Jira/ITS, AI tools Aerospace or automotive production experience Screening Questions: 1.Which ERP/MRP or work order management systems have you worked in at a transaction level? 2.Describe a backlog you cleared to a target — what counted as "done," and how did you prevent it from building back up? 3.Are you willing to work off-nominal shifts and/or overtime when required?
