As a Production Control Auditor, you will be a part of Delta's Ground Support Equipment (GSE) team. The Production Control Auditor is responsible for the accountability and completeness of GSE work documents. The Auditor works closely with work center personnel to ensure that the operation runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with Delta’s standards. Summary Of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive Of All Tasks) Conducts quality audits for work documents, documents findings, and reports to GSE leadership to ensure corrections of any discrepancies and to ensure quality. Performs production control activities such as processing GSE paperwork, reviewing and auditing GSE paperwork (including electronic format) for accuracy and compliance, production information, updating computer systems, and invoicing. Works with the GSE personnel to ensure all work packages are assembled in a timely manner to support the GSE Operation. Collaborates with Work Center Operations to analyze current processes to improve procedures. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be proficient in English. Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Possess basic computer skills. Strong communication and analytical skills. Should be a team player with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy within time constraints and under minimum supervision. Should have the ability to exercise sound judgment, adaptability, and flexibility in a constantly changing environment. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Previous Operations experience. Operating knowledge of computer programs used at Delta, such as Ebis and Microsoft Office products.
