Production Control Analyst – ERP & Shop Floor Operations
Corry Rubber Corp**ABOUT THE ROLE** Accurate transactions are what make the rest of the company's data trustworthy — scheduling, purchasing, quoting, and reporting all build on the numbers in the ERP. This is where that foundation gets built. You'll sit at the intersection of the shop floor, inventory, scheduling, and management — auditing daily transactions, releasing jobs, reconciling inventory, and leveraging tools like Microsoft Power BI to surface problems before they become shipping delays. It's a hands-on operational role with a real analytical component: roughly speaking, half your day is keeping the system honest, and the other half is using data to figure out where it isn't. The most valuable outcome of this work is inventory accuracy. When our inventory is right, leadership has clear visibility into the business — what we have, what we owe, what we can promise customers, and where we're performing well. The work you do here directly contributes to that clarity. If you like software and ERP systems, enjoy untangling data discrepancies, and want to see the direct impact of your work on a physical product going out the door, you'll do well here. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** *Daily transactional accuracy* Audit and correct daily shop floor activity (times, labor, quantities) Reconcile MRP/ERP inventory levels against physical reality and resolve variances Participate in fiscal year-end physical inventory audits *Job and inventory management* Create and release new jobs and travelers to the shop floor Amend active jobs as conditions change (dates, quantities, BOMs, BOOs) Issue raw materials and components to jobs Complete inventory transfers to subcontract vendors Convert job quantities into inventory receipts to support daily shipments *Systems, data, and improvement* Leverage technology — Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools — to monitor system health and drive faster, better decisions Flag inaccurate BOMs and BOOs to management and help drive corrections Train new employees and retrain existing ones on MRP/ERP best practices *Collaboration* Work daily with production scheduling, inventory control, quality, shipping, production employees, and management to maintain overall system integrity **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** *Required* Experience with an MRP/ERP system in a manufacturing environment Comfort with technology and data tools (Excel at minimum; willingness to learn Microsoft Power BI and other reporting tools is a must) Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize when the floor needs an answer now Humility — willingness to admit mistakes, learn from them, and ask questions - Solid basic math and data literacy We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role. *Nice to have* Direct Epicor experience Comfort consuming Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards Background in custom or job-shop manufacturing Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Application Question(s): You currently live within driving distance of Corry, PA?
