This position will be part of the Enterprise Services team, which delivers a full suite of services to state agencies, boards, councils, and commissions, and many central services to local government partners. As a Production Control Analyst with MNIT, you’ll oversee complex batch processing cycles using CA-7 and Appworx, ensuring jobs start on time, finish successfully, and consistently meet agency service expectations. You’ll troubleshoot incidents, collaborate with application and system programmers, and communicate directly with business partners to keep operations moving without interruption. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in maintaining reliable, high-quality production workflows. In addition to managing production activity, you’ll help guide administrative processes, contribute to clear documentation, and support smooth shift transitions, adding stability and leadership to the Production Control team. This Position Requires An Employee To Work Onsite At 600 North Robert Street, St Paul, Minnesota At Least 50% [or More Or Less If Space Limitations Remain] Of The Time, With Limited Telework Available. Telework Eligibility Depends On Residence Candidates living in Minnesota or within 50 miles of the worksite in a bordering state (Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin) may telework up to 50%.
