Production Control Administrator

About the Role A rapidly expanding plastics manufacturing facility in Leetsdale, PA, is seeking a new member for its production planning team. You will play a key role in managing and accelerating operational workflows throughout the facility. Core Responsibilities Manage the daily scheduling of production tasks across the facility. Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system by tracking customer orders, inventory levels, work-in-progress, and delivery timelines to help maintain efficient production cycles. Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities. Propose actionable ideas to enhance existing operational processes. Coordinate with additional company sites to optimize resource allocation and manage material transfers effectively. Compensation and Logistics This permanent position offers a starting salary between 52,000 and 62,000 dollars, commensurate with your background, and includes potential for yearly raises. The role requires an on-site presence in Leetsdale, PA, with a standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, offering flexible start and end times. Required Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically within production scheduling, inventory management, or production control.
