This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in moving product safely, accurately, and at pace. Benefits start on day one, and real bonus opportunities reward strong performance. What You Will Do Move and transport glass between tables, the furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, and wood crates for eight or more hours each shift. Keep the production line supplied by moving materials from one area to the next without delay. Read and attach the correct labels and tags to each product. Inspect product for defects such as fabrication issues or logo placement, and report problems to your supervisor right away. Use a tape measure to confirm each product meets specification. Operate and manually maneuver equipment as the work requires. Rotate across production areas and learn the facility layout to keep product flowing. Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow all safety policies. What You Bring Required You are at least 18 years of age. You can read, understand, and communicate using labels and paperwork. You can read and interpret basic measurements and use a tape measure accurately. You are available to work in all areas of production. You have flexible availability, typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. You maintain regular and predictable attendance and can safely perform the physical demands of the role. Preferred High School Diploma or GED. One year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility. Forklift experience. Overhead crane experience. Schedule Start time: 7:00 AM. Days: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. Overtime: available as needed. Status: Full Time, Direct Hire. What We Offer Compensation: $17.00 per hour to start.
