Production Associate - Warehouse

Job description Compensation: Commission based with earning $4.00-5.00 per skid with the expectation of completing a minimum of 4 skids an hour. The possibility of earning $20+/hr. Responsibilities: Monitor production equipment for 7lb, 16, and 20 pound bags. Maintain a clean and organized work space. Safely operate an electric pallet jack to move pallets of ice from the bagging room to the freezer. Performing maintenance on portions of production line to ensure smooth production. Skills: Must be able to lift at least 20lbs repeatedly through an entire shift. Electric pallet jack experience preferred, but not mandatory. Looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced environment. Must be self-motivated and resourceful. Mechanical knowledge is a great benefit. Experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required. Requirements: Reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to pass criminal background check. Weekend availability. All employees are required to work summer holidays as those are our busiest days. Ideal candidate will be able and willing to work 3rd shift Memorial Day through Labor Day.
