Production Associate/Shipping & Receiving

Our company is seeking a Production Associate in the shipping/receiving department within a fast paced plating/coatings facility. Prior experience is REQUIRED . This person will perform several duties within this position. This position will be supporting several job functions in the company, including: assist in planning/scheduling for production & transportation answering phones and helping with inquiries customer interaction and updates on email & phone receiving in parts (count /inspect) & routing to the appropriate departments generating job tickets utilizing Government specs and customer documentation entering and looking up job orders in the database creating shipping orders, reviewing job cards for accuracy, reading blueprints schedule UPS daily & occasional freight. We need someone with: 1. A confident and enthusiastic personality and ability to multi-task 2. Organization skills 3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently 4. Will assist where needed to support the team effort 5. Computer/data entry experience REQUIRED . (note this is not a pack and ship position). We are not a manufacturer and there is no warehouse. Work Remotely No Hours are: Monday- Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm, and Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
