This hands-on role helps keep production lines supplied, work areas clean, and operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, comfortable performing continuous physical work, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials weighing 50 to 75 pounds. What You'll Own Safely lift, carry, move, stack, push, and pull products, ingredients, bins, containers, and supplies weighing 50 pounds or more on a frequent basis. Transport raw materials, finished products, ingredients, supplies, pallets, totes, and waste containers throughout the production facility. Load, unload, stage, and replenish materials so production lines have the containers, ingredients, supplies, and equipment needed to operate. Remove, replace, and transport production bins, tote containers, pallets, trash, food waste, and recyclable materials to designated areas. Perform routine housekeeping and sanitation tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized. Follow all company safety procedures and GMP, SQF, PPE, sanitation, and food safety requirements. Promptly report safety hazards, damaged equipment, product concerns, and workplace issues to a supervisor. Support production and sanitation teams with assigned tasks while meeting attendance, productivity, quality, and performance standards. What You Bring Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and move 50 to 75 pounds, with occasional heavier team lifts (must have). Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and repeatedly bend, twist, reach, squat, and perform physically demanding tasks (must have). Ability to work in refrigerated areas, varying temperatures, wet conditions, and around production equipment and powered industrial vehicles (must have). Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, safety rules, and food manufacturing procedures (must have).
