Production Associate - Finished Confections

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Worker - Confection Packaging Associate! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the process that brings delicious confections from raw materials to finished products ready for distribution. Your focus will be on packaging, assembling, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment. Duties Interpret manufacturing documents such as work orders, batch records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate packaging and labeling. Perform materials handling task ensuring safe movement of raw materials and finished goods. Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process, identifying and addressing any deviations from product specifications or safety standards. Follow all safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, heavy lifting of product cases, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. Requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret production documents and follow standard operating procedures precisely. Physical capability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
