Associates may be cross-trained across multiple departments and work areas based on customer and business needs. What You'll Do Receive, move, sort, store, and distribute materials and products Pick, pack, sequence, and consolidate parts Support warehouse, logistics, and production operations Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after certification Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards Perform inventory and material tracking activities Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer requirements Cross-train and support multiple operational areas Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Valid Driver's License required Ability to obtain forklift and/or tugger certification Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to work overtime, including short-notice overtime when required Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Build Your Future with MEI For more than 35 years, Midwest Express, Inc. has provided industry-leading logistics, warehousing, sequencing, returnable container management, sub-assembly, and supply chain solutions.
