Production Associate 2

Company Overview HIMI is a well-established manufacturer with over 60 years of experience producing high-quality commercial kitchen and medical sanitization products, including faucets and components for refrigeration and dish machines. Our company is headquartered near Allentown, Pennsylvania, and is poised for significant growth through product, market, and sales channel expansion. Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role requires a versatile individual capable of handling light machining, assembly, and operating automated equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization committed to excellence in manufacturing. This position is in-person. Standard hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm with a paid lunch. Bi-Weekly 2nd shift(3pm to 11pm) duties with shift pay differentials. Duties Perform light machining operations (i.e Punch Press, Grinder) Assist with extrusion line operation (training provided) Ability to read blueprints Complete product assembly according to technical specifications and packaging Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with other production-related tasks as needed Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred. Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement practices. Plastic Processing Experience is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Warehouse experience including materials handling and inventory management is desirable. Strong attention to detail, safety-minded attitude, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
