Production Assembler / Warehouse Associate – Entry Level

This is an entry-level, full-time position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, hands-on training, and excellent health insurance benefits for employees and their families. We are looking for individuals who want to become valued, long-term members of our team. Duties and Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to work instructions. Perform basic mechanical preparation, including drilling, cutting, and forming. Conduct basic product testing and quality checks. Package finished products and prepare customer orders for shipment. Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and inventory. Prepare and organize materials for production. Maintain organized production and warehouse areas. Share routine facility cleaning responsibilities, including office, production, and warehouse areas. Assist with other related tasks as assigned. Employees will be cross-trained to perform different duties based on daily operational needs. Qualifications No previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required!
